Event Coverage
- no pencil booking.
- we can only accommodate one (1) client per day. this is to give full attention and preparation for guaranteed customer satisfaction.
- 50% (non-refundable) of the quoted price is required for down payment.
- down payment should be made one (1) week before the shoot (can be on cash or via BDO bank deposit or wire transfer).
- remaining balance to be payed after the shoot itself.
- give us four (4) weeks for the preparation of the deliverables unless discussed.
- read our contract before signing.

- any equipment and/or accessory that got damaged or broken by the guest will be charged to the event.

Photo-booth and Gotcha

- Php 2500 minimum down payment (non-refundable) is required for the reservation.
- down payment should be made two (2) weeks before the event. (can be on cash on meet up or via BDO bank deposit /wire transfer).
- remaining balance to be payed on the event itself.
- site survey is needed two (2) weeks before the event. this is to familiarize ourselves with the location and clear out possible challenges.
- for outside of GMA (Greater Manila Area) events, the client will shoulder the additional cost i.e. transportation, lodging, and accommodation.
- give us one (1) week for the preparation of the deliverables unless discussed.
- read our contract before signing.
site pre-requisites:
- access to electricity- table for the props (if needed)
- working space of three (3) square meters at least.
- minimum of Php 500 transportation allowance on top of the all package price.
notice:
